How many sites should I register at?

How many sites you want to register at really depends on you, but I'll give some -hopefully useful- tips.

There are literally dozens of new PTC sites popping up every week. Sad truth is that a lot of those disappear after a while, some will disappear as quickly as a couple weeks after they have started. Especially buxhost sites can disappear quickly and are often bound to fail, because buxhost makes it really easy to set up a PTC site. Anyone, as inexperienced as they may be, can start a bux site in a matter of a few minutes. Starting a site is easy, but maintaining it, pay your members and keep existing without starting to lose money is not as easy. No doubt a lot of those sites start with all the best intentions in the world, but many fail.

When you start signing up at PTC sites, make sure they are legit, paying, and have been around for some time. For example, the sites mentioned in this blog here (easy to find via the index over to the right) are all sites that have been around and paying for years. They are relatively safe to sign up at.

I would not suggest to put all your time and energy in one single site, because it can go wrong at any time. If you are a beginning PTC-er, start with a few established sites such as the ones mentioned in this blog.  Personally I am registered at 12 sites where I click every day. Some of those are slow earners, but being registered at 12 sites makes it worth it more or less.

Just don;t register with more sites than you can handle. Even though you don't need to spend a lot of time on each site, it can add up. Between the 12 sites, I spend about an hour a day.
