Neobux has been on line for over 3 years and paying. Until recently, they were considered an elite site, but were removed from the elite list due to major changes that made many members angry.
I think that neobux is a fine site, but a slow earner if you don't spend a lot of time on line. They show ads throughout the day, but the ads are not offered for a long period of time. In other words, you need to be on line and see the ad in order to catch it. I've seen ads go away in as little as a few seconds (e.g. refresh, there are no ads, refresh again, there is an ad, but when you click it, it has already expired).
If you do have time to be on line, you can also download the neobux toolbar, and see when an ad appears, that is very convenient and you don't need to keep refreshing all the time.

Neobux also started to offer neopoints recently, that is a great addition. For each ad you click, you receive a neopoint. Neopoints can be used to rent or recycle referrals, and even to buy a gold membership.

On Neobux, you can also use your main balance to upgrade your account, that is a great feature (it means that you can use the funds in your balance to upgrade your account, you don't need to go through a payment processor)

I would recommend this site to anyone.

Even though this isn't one of my biggers earners, I love that site.
Earneasycash has been on line for over two years and is paying. Nice thing about this site is that it has a low cash-out, you can cash out with as little as 90 cents.
It is real important to read the FAQs when you get started so that you'll know what to do. For example, they have a cheat check, you need to make sure you answer the question on the cheat square.

There is a paid to surf section, which is the part I love the most. You surf, and every 8th click will show you a game. You'll see 4 money bags, click on one and win something. You also get a bonus for 100 or 200 surf clicks. Don't forget to turn on emails if you wish to be paid to read emails.

All in all, there is a lot going on at earneasycash, and it is a pleasure to go there. I warmly recommend it.

A few tips when getting started at PTC sites

1) Ask around, google, make sure you choose sites that have been around for some time.

2) Find payment proofs. If you don't find payment proofs anywhere, don't sign up.

3) Don't sign up on any sites that ask you to pay in order to sign up.

4) Always read their terms of service. Sites might have specific rules, if you don't stick to them, your account could be banned.

5) When you use referrals, make sure to click daily. If you don't click for a day, you won't get the referral clicks the next day.

6) Check http://ptc-investigation.com/default.aspx regularly for news about the sites you use.

7) Enjoy and don't stress. PTC sites can give you some pocket money, and if you work on getting referrals, you can get a nice extra income, but I doubt that PTC sites will make you rich. Just enjoy it and enjoy the extra money.

What are referrals?

Referrals are people who click ads just like you. When you have referrals, whenever they click, you get a percentage as well, so the more referrals you have the more money you can make.

Direct referrals.
Direct are referrals that you personally find. On each site where you register, you will find a referral link. Use that link, email it to friends, post it in various places, but make sure not to spam. Some sites have limits on how many direct referrals you can have, and others are unlimited. Direct referrals never expire.

Rented referrals.
Rented are people who signed up without being referred by anyone else. Those people can be rented and become your referral for a set period of time. They will expire, usually after a month, but you can extend them. You can also recycle rented referrals when they stop clicking. Recycling will cost you a little something, but not much. It is my personal experience that rented referrals aren't really all that good, because you have to pay to rent them, pay to recycle them, pay to renew them... I didn't start making money until I ditched my rented referrals.
